JUICY COUTURE @ FW2013/14 Collection

Juicy Couture FW2013/14 Collection themed <Glamorous Girls with Bad Reputation> nods to bohemian bourgeois. Think LA meets Parisian chic. Easy-to-wear boho dressing mixed with a touch of preppiness and modern track elements.  The Juicy Couture Fall 2013 film, <Bad Reputation>, was debuted at the presentation. Directed by Justin Wu, this fashion film is inspired by glamorous girls with bad reputations, from Marianne Faithful to Joan Jett, Kate Moss to Pussy Riot follows a rock band, played by models Kasia Struss, Lindsay Ellingson and Anais Mali, as they play gigs wearing key looks from the Juicy Couture Fall 2013 collection.
Relaxed blazers paired with silk track pants set the tone for the collection’s modern and effortless style. Feminine dresses in easy fabrics are bohemian inspired with flattering silhouettes of cinched waistlines and playful hems while varsity sweaters decorated with jeweled necklines give a new meaning to preppy. Leopard prints appear throughout the collection seen on jeans and dresses to handbags and jewelry.
“We’ve continued to evolve the Juicy girl with each season,” says Nealz. “She’s got that signature LA free spirit that sets her apart – it’s always about a good time.”
