An exclusive exhibition was held by Tod’s in the prestigious location of The Hong Kong Landmark Atrium in celebrating the launch of their new SIGNATURE Collection. Truly, an evening dedicated to express Tod’s DNA and its underlining philosophy. With a unique installation concept, the SIGNATURE Collection is exhibited through specially designed modules with images of the products, the new advertising campaign and a creative animation video.
After years of research into the treatment of leather, Tod’s decided to create a decorative Gommino effect imprinted on leather to match a rich, inviting tactile quality to a special design. The result is the Tod’s SIGNATURE Collection, a range of bags and small leather goods where the gommino pebble motif has been imprinted in the leather to give a distinctive signature to the pieces, recalling the priceless value of the Made in Italy craftsmanship that lies at the heart of the Tod’s philosophy.
The models of the Tod’s SIGNATURE Collection include different shapes and sizes: a shoulder bag, a portfolio clutch, a small trunk style, a shopper, a soft envelope clutch and a pochette bag. Everything is realised with highly selected leather; very soft metalized leather; shiny calfskin and semi-opaque nappa leather. The colour palette ranges from strong, decisive tones of deep red, black, electric blue, fuchsia and violet, to softer shades of lavender, beige and cream.
