The Huracán EVO Spyder was presented in stunning Verde Selvans (green), shined in its exquisite lines of a sensational convertible. The Spyder incorporates all the performance, next-generation vehicle control and aerodynamic features of the EVO coupé, with its own unique personality and a driving excitement that only an open-top car can offer. Particularly with the roof open, the emotive sound of the naturally aspirated engine and the refined, lightweight exhaust system take the sensory experience to a new level, delivering a truly passionate driving experience.

The new sporty and elegant trim of Huracán EVO Coupé and Spyder feature a number of bi-color and trim options as well as a highly sportive Alcantara option. Lightweight materials such as Carbon Forged Composites and Lamborghini’s patented Carbon Skin are available on request, and are highlighted by the new customizable ambient lights feature within the cabin. With Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program, owners can customize their Lamborghini in virtually limitless opportunity.

Unveiled in a striking Arancio Xanto (orange) paint, the Huracán EVO Coupé features the 5.2 l naturally-aspirated Lamborghini V10 engine, uprated to produce higher power output and an emotional and powerful sound, with Titanium intake valves and refined lightweight exhaust system. The distinctive design defines the aerodynamic superiority and enhanced driving dynamics of the Huracán EVO Coupé. A new front bumper gives the car a low, assertive personality, but more importantly assures aerodynamic efficiency via the front splitter with integrated wing. Distinctively, the enlarged air intakes feature the Ypsilon shape that is inherent in Lamborghini design DNA. The Huracán EVO Coupé features new Lamborghini rear-wheel steering and a torque vectoring system working on the four wheels, while at the heart of the car is the new feature of Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI): a Central Processing Unit that controls every aspect of the car’s dynamic behavior to assure perfect driving dynamics.

A. Lange & Söhne @ The LANGE 1 TIME ZONE “Como Edition”

Ticking works of art for the world’s most stunning cars, the LANGE 1 TIME ZONE “Como Edition” is one of the most exclusive A. Lange & Söhne timepieces. It is crafted only once a year for the “Best of Show” winner at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. A. Lange & Söhne has been sponsoring the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este since 2012. The competition takes place each year in May at Lake Como.

For the exclusive event that focuses on the beauty and elegance of classic automobiles, A. Lange & Söhne created a unique timepiece: a one-of-a-kind model of the LANGE 1 TIME ZONE with the special designation “Como Edition”. This watch is not for sale. It is reserved for the winner in the “Best of Show” category.

With its convenient home- and zone-time indication, the LANGE 1 TIME ZONE is the perfect companion for cosmopolites. In its development, the focus was on superb legibility. The clearly organised dial delivers a single-glance reading of the home time and the time in a second time zone.

The second time zone is selected with a rotating city ring that encompasses all 24 time zones and can be comfortably advanced with a pusher. Elaborately hand-finished and assembled twice, the manufacture calibre has a power reserve of three days.

In comparison to the classic version, the “Como Edition” has two special features: Central European Time on the rotating city ring is represented not by Berlin as usual, but by Como as a tribute to the event location. Additionally, the watch is endowed with a cuvette. In other words, the LANGE 1 TIME ZONE has a hand-engraved, hinged dust cover in white gold on the movement side.

Its free-hand engraving pays homage to the competition: the inscription “CONCORSO D’ELEGANZA VILLA D’ESTE” frames the coat of arms of the event and two calendar years. They trace the arc from the first Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in 1929 to the present, represented this year by 2016.

During the past five Concorso years, the LANGE 1 TIME ZONE “Como Edition” encountered a number of exceptional automobiles.

Lamborghini Introduces The Huracán LP 610-4 Avio Special Edition

Lamborghini introduces a Huracán Special Edition at the Geneva Motor Show recently. The Huracán LP 610-4 Avio made its debut and produced in a run of only 250, this special edition’s name, colors and materials pay tribute to the world of aviation and aeronautics. From the outset, Lamborghini has been inspired by powerful fighter jets, from
which it has borrowed technological, aerodynamic, ergonomic and stylistic solutions. References to the aeronautical world in Lamborghini's current product line include digital instrument clusters; controls located on the center console as in airplane cockpits; the red engine ‘start’ button; the tight stylistic language of exterior lines; and a broad range of matt exterior finishes. The new Huracán Avio offers a host of premium functional features in its standard configuration including lifting system, cruise control and GPS. But the true uniqueness of the Avio lies in its interior and exterior finishes. White or grey painted details contrast with the body color and enhance exterior details such as the tops of the side member, the side view mirrors and the lip on the front spoiler. A double stripe, again in white or grey, runs along the roof and down the front bonnet. The door panels further identify the special Avio version with the logo L63, where L stands for Lamborghini and ‘63 is the year the company was founded. A tricolor cockade, the symbol distinguishing nationality used in aeronautics, is placed between the letter and the number.

The Huracán Avio is available in five new color variants, specifically developed for this model: the standard color of Grigio Falco with pearlescent finish, and four optional matt colors: Blu Grifo, Grigio Nibbio, Grigio Vulcano and Verde Turbine. The colors’ names are taken from the coats-of-arms representing courses at the Italian Air Force Academy. Lamborghini’s Ad Personam customization program allows owners to choose from further color and trim options not included as standard.  The interiors alternate black leather with a special Alcantara, which is also in black but boasts a laser-engraved hexagonal motif, available for the first time on the Avio. The material covers the central section of the seat, the armrest, the knee support and part of the door panel, and is enhanced with contrasting stitching in white. The L63 logo is embroidered by hand onto the sides of the seats. The interior color and trim can also be customized through the Ad Personam program. Underscoring the exclusivity of this new special edition is a hand-enameled plate on the driver's side window. The Avio has all the technical specifications that have made the Huracán a great success: aspirated 610 HP, 5.2 liter, V10 engine; 7-speed gearbox with double clutch; hybrid chassis in aluminum and carbon fiber; a power/weight ratio of only 2.33 kilograms per hp and breathtaking performance: 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 3.2 seconds and a maximum speed of over 325 km/h.

Launched in 1999, the original BMW X5 (E53) pioneered a new vehicle segment in the automobile industry: Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). With its strong character and versatility, the BMW X5 was an instant success. The second generation BMW X5 (E70), which launched in 2006 and underwent a facelift in 2010, built on the success of its predecessor. More than 1.3 million units have been sold globally, which makes the BMW X5 a record-breaking automobile. This year, the third generation X5 (F15) once again sets the benchmark in its class and expands its leading role even further with outstanding performance and efficiency as well as handling, comfort, versatility and a luxurious ambience. Once again, the all-new BMW X5 is ready to make SAV history and claim its spot as the industry’s leader.
The design language of the all-new BMW X5 reflects a characteristic and evolutionary development from its predecessor. The extremely broad-set kidney grille extends all the way to the headlight units - the light rings levelled off at the bottom while an LED accent light overlaps the top edge. Sweeping chrome inserts and the prominently three-dimensional design of the lights underline its sophisticated character. LED fog lights are included as standard while Adaptive LED headlights can be specified as an option.
The visible aerodynamic features emphasize the wide track and broad stance of the all-new BMW X5. The front apron, with side air intakes positioned far on the outer edges, draws even more attention to its robust character. Meanwhile, drag-reducing Air Curtains make their debut on this BMW X model. The precisely-drawn lines rise up towards the rear end and build a wedge shape exuding dynamic intent. The resulting light and shadow effects bring out the athleticism and agility of the SAV.
With its luxurious ambience and enhanced ride comfort, spaciousness and seating comfort, the all-new BMW X5 offers noticeable enhancements to its predecessor. The newly-designed driver and front passenger seats ensure a high level of long-distance comfort and impressive lateral hold through dynamically-taken corners.
