《Pan Europ @ HAMILTON》

The Hamilton Pan Europ, an automatic chronograph dedicated to the fascinating theme of changing times, housing the Swiss automatic chronograph movement H31 exclusively made for Hamilton and meticulously crafted for modernity, has become the year’s most sought-after item after its first debut at BASELWORLD 2011. In fact, all Hamilton Pan Europ watches have been sold out even before the official launch of the model.  The event was commenced with a speech by Mr. Vivian Stauffer, Head of Sales International of Hamilton, in which he joyfully announced that all watches in the collection had already been sold out even before it was officially launched.

Being totally stunned by this innovative timepiece, radiating vogue and glamour, the watch made a perfect match to manifest the theme of “Marking Modern Times with Hamilton”. The Hamilton watches have been renowned for their unique designs and personality combining the American spirit with Swiss technologies. The newly-launched Pan Europ, equipped with an outstanding Swiss automatic chronograph movement H31 exclusively made for Hamilton, has created a major sensation in the watchmaking world since its first debut at BASELWORLD 2011.

Inspired by a Hamilton timepiece of the same name, originally introduced in 1971, the design of today’s Pan Europ takes a nostalgic look over its shoulder, while its functionality celebrates modernity to the full. The year 1971, also the number of pieces in this limited edition and boldly engraved on the case back, is a significant date in the history of Hamilton – it marks the foundation of the brand’s inclusion in the Swatch Group.
