Brooks Brothers continue to support Make-a-Wish® Hong Kong, to give hope and joy to children facing life-threatening illnesses together with Ekin Cheng to kick off the event at the flagship boutique at The Landmark.
Awards are presented to Annette Choy (age 4), Choi Tsz Him (age 7) and Natalie Fong (age 7); winners of the Brooks Brothers Drawing Contest. Their award-winning artwork wasprinted into greeting cards priced at HK$100 for a pack of 3 cards, available for purchasing at all Brooks Brothers stores from November 21 to December 20, 2012. All proceeds will be donated to Make-a-Wish® Hong Kong. “The three winners brought life and brilliance into the lives of sick children. These cards definitely make unique and thoughtful gifts for loved ones this Christmas season,” saidEkin Cheng.
Brooks Brothers granted the wish of a courageous 8 year-old boy named Tung Tung, suffering from a life-threatening medical condition. Ekin Cheng received a boarding pass from Brooks Brothers on behalf of Make-a-Wish® Hong Kong for Tung Tung’s trip to Switzerland. This is so Tung Tung could have his first white Christmas with his family this holiday season.
Mr Andy Lew, Managing Director, Asia Pacific of Brooks Brothers thanked Ekin Cheng’s with a gift of two limited edition plush teddy bears:“Brooksie the Boy Bear” and “Brooke The Girl Bear” which were especially created to raise funds for Make-a-Wish® Hong Kong. They are sold at Brooks Brothers stores for HK$350 each, with the proceeds to be donated to charity.
