MCM opens a new shop in shop concept in Harrods recently being the largest MCM Shop in Shop within a department store in
Europe. Complementing its nearby Sloane street store, the
new shop in shop area spans 105sqm and is located within the Harrods on Lower
Ground Floor, Hall 1. The design concept of natural polished wood, combined
with gold metal highlights reflects the luxurious craftsmanship of the MCM
products and a designated lounge area and beautifully merchandised mens and
womens accessories, provides a complete MCM experience. On display from July
will be the new AW2014 collections of leathergoods and accessories. The shop in shop at Harrods is another big step for
MCM’s European expansion. Apart from new stores that already opened in Paris
and Zurich beginning of this year, further flagship stores and hubs are planned
for Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt in Germany in autumn 2014. Those will also
feature the new store look and feel.
