TISSOT @ “Around the World in 160 Years” Stamp Design Competition

To celebrate the 160^th anniversary of Tissot, the brand proudly introduces the Heritage Navigator, a wristwatch capable to display 24 time zones of the world, and pays tribute to its traveller’s spirit since 1853. Looking back at its history, Tissot had shown its traveller’s spirit with a pocket watch that featured two time zones as early as in its foundation year. To share this veritable spirit of Tissot, the brand proudly presents the “Around the World in 160 Years” Stamp Design Competition and invites everyone to submit their original designs with the theme of “travel”. The winning designs, together with designs from renowned artists and designers Mr. Huang Xiaoming, Ms. Gloria Yip and Mr. Amos Yu will be used in the production of a set of real stamps - the Tissot “Around the World in 160 Years” stamp set.

Cash prize of HK$8,000, a Tissot watch and a set of Tissot “Around the World in 160 Years” stamps

<First runner-up> 

Cash prize of HK$5,000, a Tissot watch and a set of Tissot “Around the World in 160 Years” stamps

<Second runner-up> 

Cash prize of HK$3,000, a Tissot watch and a set of Tissot “Around the World in 160 Years” stamps

Participants should fill out the application form and submit their entries before 1^st August 2013. The champion, first runner-up, second runner-up and finalist entries selected by the judges will be exhibited at Harbour City, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon during the Tissot “Around the World in 160 Years” Exhibition between 13^th and 19^th August 2013. The public are invited to vote for the Competition’s “Public’s Favourite Award” either online via facebook.com/tissot160hk or cast their votes at Tissot Flagship Stores in the Tsimshatsui area. Voters who cast their votes at the Flagship Stores will receive a gift. One lucky voter that voted for the winner of the “Public’s Favourite Award” will also receive a grand prize through a lucky draw.
