FERRARI Award Winning Sparkling Wine

Ferrari Trento recognised once again as one of the best sparkling wine producers in the World at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships. Ferrari Perlé is a vintage Trentodoc of unquestionable prestige, obtained only from Chardonnay grapes from the Lunelli family's own vineyards. After a long ageing in the bottle, this wine is the epitome of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. The appearance is deep yellow with golden highlights. The perlage is extremely fine and persistent. A particularly fine nose, intense bouquet with hints of almond blossom and reinette apple; slightly spicy and with a hint of bread crust. Very seductive and elegant palate,  with a very persistent velvety texture, in which one finds a light fruity note of ripe apples, pleasant hints of yeast and sweet almonds and faintly aromatic quality that is typical of Chardonnay.

Ferrari Brut NV, the wine with the longest tradition among those produced by Ferrari Trento, achieved a great success at The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships, seizing two trophies: “World Champion Classic Blanc de Blancs” and “Best Italian Sparkling Wine”. The 2016 edition of the prestigious competition organised by Tom Stevenson, an authority in the wine making industry, had already awarded five gold medals to the Trentodoc wines produced by Ferrari and, with the two prizes conquered during the gala dinner hosted on September 1st at Vintner’s Hall in London, Ferrari Brut has officially become one of the best sparkling wines in the World. A lively straw yellow with faint greenish highlights. Fine and persistent perlage in appearance. Fresh and intense nose, with a broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples and wild flowers, underpinned by a delicate scent of yeast. a very harmonious and well-balanced palate, with an attractive undertone of ripe fruit and hints of crusty bread.
