The tanginess of the lemon curd is a clever balance to the buttery and flavorful chocolate foie gras mousse, leaving a smooth and complex aftertaste which will certainly bring a smile to one’s face. Semi-dried Tomato Cream Cheese Sandwich marks the launch of Coeur Blanc (1945) when the first store in Brussels opened its doors in the ‘heart of Belgium’.
