To begin with the journey for a comforting cuisine using top-quality ingredients in a homely environment,1 Michelin-starred CIAK – In The Kitchen, Hong Kong’s first refined Italian trattoria has created a 4-course Christmas menu, including Veal Agnolotti, mushroom, pancetta ham and pecorino, and  “Cotechino” sausage, slow cooked pork ribs, lentils in red wine sauce to warm your heart this Christmas.

2 Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant Amber, helmed by Culinary Director Richard Ekkebus, has created a 8-course Christmas eve menu which includes the Duck ‘au sang’- Foie Gras & Sicilian Pistachio ‘pâté en croute” with Mango & Vanilla Chutney and the Line Caught Turbot, Confit, Salsify Tagliatelle, Fukuoka Clams and Black Winter Truffle Coulis in French classic gastronomy with an inventive twist while taking full advantage of Hong Kong’s unique crossroads between East and West.

LANDMARK’s famed Michelin-starred restaurants have also created festive menu items authentic to French culinary traditions. 3 Michelin-starred L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon, pays homage to the French homeland and a Christmas tradition of L’OEUF de Poule, a soft boiled egg on golden pearl rice with black truffle and parmesan shavings. Dine in a contemporary chic and elegant interior while indulging in the classic gourmet French cuisine prepared by award winning Chef David Alves.

We finished our gourmet journey at Zuma, presenting a special dessert, Walnut and Ginger Bread Pudding with Spiced Figs and Whisky Caramel Sauce. This is a true Christmas treat served with yoghurt ice-cream and Ginger Biscuits.
