PERNELLE SS2016 A Romantic Blend of French and Italian Chic Ad Campaign shot in Paris, as a city of romance, fashion and dream, is where a lot of people pursuit their golden dream. The positive energy that encourages the realization of dreams and strengthens one’s determination makes Paris a golden piece of land young designers and artists yearn for.


PERNELLE’s SS2016 ad campaign was created in this golden city where the magical energy turns fantasy into reality. Shot in three different locations, the famous Pont Alexandre III, a 100-year-old apartment located in the premium residential area only 10 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe and Pépinière Brasserie, a popular café among fashion celebrities near St. Augustine Church. The advertisement first features the glamorous and classical street view of France, with two elegant French models wandering on the quaint deck arch bridge and gracefully showing PERNELLE’s “We Are Golden” handbags in their hands.


At the back is a golden sculpture which symbolizes art, with the Pegasus and Angel gazing afar the shining sun, echoing PERNELLE’s golden logo to symbolize a bright and prosperous future. After the wander, the models had a relaxing time chatting in a café popular among celebrities, showing a free-spirited way of European life. The crew then made a last stop at a 100-year-old department for indoor shooting. 


Filled with antique furniture, the magnificent apartment together with the elegance demonstrated by the models presented a quaint sense of exquisiteness. Diligently produced by a professional crew from France who portrayed the golden idea of “We Are Golden” by adding a touch of French style to the Italian brand, including experienced French photographer Eric Ouaknine, award-winning French makeup artist Sebastien Poirier and the distinguished stylist JNSN who made his name onto L’officiel.
