Lily Cole stars next to king of chess Magnus
Carlsen in the G-Star RAW SS2014 campaign. During Art Basel Miami,
G-Star co-hosted an event with Interview Magazine and OHWOW, and announced Cole
as the new RAW campaign talent alongside the newly crowned World Chess
Champion. Born in the UK
in 1987, Cole was the youngest model to appear on the cover of British Vogue,
setting the tone for an illustrious career that has included many fashion ad
campaigns alongside Hollywood films. G-Star admires Lily Cole for her unique
look, but more so for her defiant attitude in challenging the expected and
truly following her own path in her pursuit for environmental sustainability
and love for the arts. The
SS2014 RAW campaign will go live across the globe mid February
