100 Bites Launches New Tasting Menu

100 Bites launches its new tasting menu featuring the alternative nouvelle French dining concept to its younger patrons in Langham Place recent. Even though it emphasized on being French but do not expect any Gordon Blue standard. It is more like a Chinese-French fusion combination kind of idea being imposed in the entire concept. Hence, that doesn't mean they are no good, at least they had tried to impressed and it is certainly best suited the Mong Kok's crowd.
The ambience and deco is playful, only black and white color were used and the 40-seater restaurant is  rather spacious in between tables in which it is a plus in Hong Kong restaurant standard.
 Since the opening in May, 100 Bites had been trying to implement various menu (mainly on dessert) for its regular patrons. During our tasting session, the new tasting menu was rather a full-on selection. From the Amuse-Bouche to Dessert, there were 12-course served.
