DOs and DON'Ts for a good make-up.

DO's

~ Select and apply a foundation shade that matches your natural skin tone. For easy application, rub the foundation in your hands and gently sweep across your face, as you would with a moisturiser, to give a really even tone. To select a correct shade, match to the lower part of your cheek.

~ Always curl lashes and apply 1-2 coats of mascara, This opens up the eyes.

~ Eye Definer intensifies eye shadow and enhances eye shape. apply close to the lash line to intensify the lashes.

~ Wearing Blush or a light bronzer adds glow, health, radiance and helps give a lift especially if you are looking tired.

~Outline the lips with a lip definer before lipsticks application, to achieve a more precise lip line and this is good to prevent lipstick from bleeding.

DON'Ts

~Wearing a foundation that is lighter that your natural skin tone. Don't try to cover every imperfection; it will look unnatural.

~Applying a concealer that is too light or too white or too thick under the eyes. Too light and white concealers gives eyes the "panda" effect, while too thick concealers makes eyes look more lined and more crepe. The orangey concealer (Bur berry Beauty Sheer Concealers Sandy Beige No. 04) is great for any blue or dark circles under the eyes or for the inner corner of the eyes, Apply a small amount to that area and tap in with finger. This will spread the color evenly.

~ Do not focus pressed powder on drier areas as this will only draw attention to the area.
