Hamilton Presents 2017 Novelties @ Pre-BASELWORLD Preview

Hamilton held an exclusive preview in Hong Kong recently with the presence of Vivian Stauffer, Head of Sales International of Hamilton, presented the brands marketing strategy of the year and the 2017 novelties to the guests.


Established in 1892, Hamilton unites American spirit and Swiss precision with a deeply-rooted connection with aviation, navigation and the film industry, creating numerous celebrated masterpieces. The brand has a prestigious history of serving the flying community. Collaborating with the Red Bull Air Race for more than a decade, Hamilton is delighted to become its Official Timekeeper in 2017, witnessing the exciting races which combines speed, precision and skill.


Hamilton Khaki X-Wind (on him)
As one of Hamilton’s icon collections, the Khaki X-Wind welcomes two new members – Khaki W-Wind Auto Chrono and Khaki X-Wind Day Date. Stainless steel with PVD coating case, large Roman numerals with Super-LumiNova® and typical pilot hands animate the sporty dial. Khaki X-Wind Auto Chrono is one of the brand’s first watches equipped with a drift angle calculator, showcasing Hamilton’s character rooted in aviation.

Hamilton Ventura (on her)
Introduced in 1957, the cutting-edged design of the Ventura has captured the hearts of celebrities and watch fans such as Elvis Presley, the king of rock and roll. This year, Hamilton commemorates the 60th anniversary of the Ventura with the launch of the celebratory timepieces inspired by the Ventura Classic. Peering through the geometrical crisscross dial, which resembles Elvis Presley’s microphone, the wearer can catch the mesmerizing motion of the automatic movement featuring 80 hours power reserve.

  
Hamilton ODC X-03 (on him)
Designed by the production designer of Interstellar and three-time Oscar-nominated Nathan Crowley, the ODC X-03, which is inspired by Interstellar’s Endurance spaceship, is the third in a trilogy of watches. This masterpiece features a hexagonal titanium case with a 3D printed and laser engraved Jupiter dial and three black and white sub-dials orbiting Jupiter while the case-back is artfully engraved with key facts on mighty Jupiter, for example size and temperature. It is available as a 999-piece limited edition.
