BLUE BUTCHER Opens For Lunch

BLUE BUTCHER is now opened for lunch in its dining room for the first time with a more concise lunch selection that will still satisfy any Midday meat cravings. The house signature different cuts of fine prime beef ranging from their tartar to the competition wining Wagyu burger. Blue Butcher wishes to transport you back to the heady days of the 1920’s and revive this bastion of food.
Carefully sourced steaks will be grilled and served with large bowls of American fries or crisp green salads. Lots of healthy options are available and it’s designed to be quick and easy and delivered with Blue Butcher’s American standards of service.
The menu begins with fresh Yellow Fin Tuna, with shaved radish, avocado and jalapeno vinaigrette. Alternatively, the Slow Cooked Duck Egg & Asparagus, with ham flakes and lemon egg custard is always popular. A lighter option is theTomato & Feta Salad with pickled onion, mint and white balsamic.
There are four carefully sourced steak lunch : two in-house dry aged prime cuts, including a 10oz Grain Fed Sirloin Steak and a 6oz Cedar Farm Filet Steak, a Steak Tartar, and the award winning Butcher’s Wagyu Beef Burger. All are served with a selection of sauces, American fries or a crisp salad. In conjunction with the beef selection, there are also Grilled French Chicken and the Roasted Barramundi Filet.
Dessert will be rounded off with a bowl of homemade sea salt caramel ice cream or mango and passion fruit sorbet.
