Tang Wei wore a blue/green one piece dress from the Jonathan Saunders for Escada Sport Resort 2012 Collection attending the Gala Presentation “Wu Xia” press conference at Shinsegae Centum city during the 16th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) in Busan.The concept for this collection was to encapsulate the ethos of what ESCADA SPORT means.The capsule collection includes signature elements of the brand’s identity: bright color, print and pattern, always with a feminine silhouette. Jonathan Saunders draws inspiration from Miami Art Déco architecture, fashion photographers from the 40’s and the 50’s, such as Erwin Blumenfeld and Irving Penn, and all-American sportswear silhouettes inspired by Claire McCardell.The collection combines simple and colourful prints mixed together to allow the ESCADA SPORT girls to either wear an entire look or style the garments as separate pieces. It plays with the trademark idea of the ESCADA “Total Look”.
