 adidas launches a new adizero Powered by miCoach intelligent running shoes collection by saying ‘adios’ to your personal limit and get ready for the Marathon with the new miCoach Running app.Gi Ka Man, Hong Kong’s 15K and half marathon record holder, Chan Ka Ho, the record holder of Hong Kong 3,000m race are one of the firsts to try the latest adizero Powered by miCoach intelligent running shoes during a relay run and get a whole new ‘flying’ experience on the ‘adizero aerial runway’, saying ‘adios’ or goodbye to their limits.
The latest adizero running shoes can be categorized into three categories - ‘Competition’, ‘Stability’ and ‘Neutral’ to cater the different needs of the runners. All of them are miCoach enabled with either a cavity in the outsole or the miCoach SPEED_CELL™ can be attached to the shoes.

After launching the miCoach Football app (application) in December 2011, adidas takes a step further to introduce the new miCoach Running app in 2012, bringing this personalize training system and intelligent technology to the running field. miCoach Running, an IOS app which enables consumers to collect and visualize their real life data, combines the elements of online game in actual sprints, fills in the fictitious computer games component into the authentic running process.
The runner can enjoy a mix of real life training and entertainment simultaneously, experiencing the real fun of training than ever before! The unique interactive feature of miCoach Running app allows sharing and comparing of stats with friends and followers via social media such as facebook and twitter, or by uploading stats directly to the adidas interactive online training system, miCoach.com. It helps to challenge your personal limits and prepare for the coming marathon and races. The uploaded data can also be used to enhance a user’s avatar in the miCoach Running mini game.
