JIMMY CHOO SS2018 Advertising Campaign

Jimmy Choo shares the SS2018 Women’s and Men’s campaign starring models Anja Rubik and Clément Chabernaud. Two provocateurs in one city, the glossy environs of New York’s apartment life form the backdrop. Surfaces are mirrored and shine, signalling the glamour inherent to Jimmy Choo.

A light hearted nod to the stylish voyeurism of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1954 classic thriller Rear Window, is wittily played out for our time. Who’s watching who? Self-aware and mutually assertive, their sexy and entertaining vignettes are captured by British photographer Craig McDean.

“Anja encapsulates the confident style and spirit of the Jimmy Choo woman in her urban habitat. She’s playfully provocative and comfortable in her own skin captured by Craig McDean in natural moments of cat and mouse with Clément.” - Sandra Choi, Creative Director.

Confident in the tease, their parallel lives unfold. The power of the unknown dressed with high sophistication- architectural heels have purpose, paired with frisson- inducing satins and cashmeres, and subtle lo-fi shimmer. There’s an art to intrigue, yes, but the thrill of the tease is incomparable. Who dares-flirts, and wins.

KENZO SS2018 Advertising Campaign

The KENZO Move is back for 2018 with a burst of multicolored freshness, and new colors call for new movements. For the SS2018 collection, KENZO called on various collaborators to conceive and express the vivacity and energy of the new kicks through dance.

A global casting call looking for dancers from different fields and nationalities came up with a roster of exceptional individuals. Each of these people has trained in a chosen style of dance, not limited to ballet, hip-hop, modern or electro.

For this campaign, they incarnate a different color (light grey, dark blue, pink, red orange or yellow) and translate it into movement. Movements which perfectly encapsulate the drive and spirit of the storied Parisian fashion house.

The choreography was arranged by duo I Could Never Be A Dancer. For the music accompanying the video clips, KENZO looked to frequent collaborator Lafawndah, who most notably created the music for the KENZO SS2018 fashion show which took place in Paris in June.

The photos and videos were shot by the 5fruits videography and photography collective. New colors for women include light grey, dark blue and pink. For men, the KENZO move comes in light grey, red orange, blue and yellow. They join the original roster of colors - red, royal blue, navy and black.

PRADA In The Cities

A new digital dimension to 365, ‘In the Cities’ takes inspiration from the multiple characters and stories that inhabit the metropolis of Los Angeles. Drawing influence from the fearless individuality and dynamic lives of youth culture in the city, this fresh face of 365 showcases both the sitters, and the distinctive characters and stories of accessories drawn from the SS2018 Prada Women’s and Men’s collections. Like the characters who hold them, every piece is an absolute individual, with its own precise point of view. Inspired by the multiple narratives of comic book strips, and featuring unique works by graphic novel artists, each accessory tells its own story, evokes its own emotion. Fragments of those narratives are captured in moving image and stills by Willy Vanderperre, emblematic of a multiplicity of outlook that reflects society today. ‘In the Cities’ rolls out across social media, a twenty-first century tool of communication whose strictly defined format of consecutive graphic frames versus endless innovation mimics the invented universe of comic books. Only today, this universe is real.
