BVLGARI @ Support The World's Neediest Children

Bulgari announced that the successful sales of its specially designed silver and ceramic ring have contributed over €11 million Euros to Save the Children—well on track to exceed the set objective of €12 million Euros by the year end. The iconic ring, inspired by the B.zero1 jewelry line, retailing for €350 ($370), of which €60 ($75) is donated to Save the Children. Bulgari is currently improving the life of some of  the world’s neediest children in 18 countries around the world including; Albania, Afghanistan, Bosnia – Herzegovina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Indonesia, India, Italy, Montenegro, Japan, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Southern Sudan, Uganda and US domestic programs.  Recognizing that there is no development without education, Bulgari’s key focus is to provide quality educational opportunities to transform children lives.  As of December 2010, thanks to the Bulgari donation, Save the Children made a difference in the lives of 228,472 children, through training over 5,559 teachers and implementing construction and rehabilitation activities in 104 schools.
