The Brioni man wants to stand out from the pack choosing to play with his elegance and don his spring summer 2012 wardrobe on a boat, the ultimate refuge of the modern gentleman. Photographed by Boo George in collaboration with the AR agency of New York, the easy and authentic images capture the different pleasures lived throughout the day: from a light- flooded awakening to a well-deserved relaxation to high profile nightclubbing.
Through the gaze of Vegard Vik, special services chief at Oslo’s Police department, a taste of the exotic lifestyle of a true viveur as he travels relentlessly from timeless resorts in the Mediterranean to the mysterious Caribbean atmospheres characterized by long nights and swigs of rhum.The Piuma jacket, the lightest ever fashioned by Brioni’s master tailors, challenges the balmy summer nights and the orange version evokes the nuances of a sunset in Havana. Chromatic shades and contrasts also define an impeccable white smoking jacket that illuminates moon lit nights.
