Something is still missing here in this film despite plenty of good casts appeared. From <Pretty Women> to <Princess' Dairy> Garry Marshall's romance comedy may have already reached his peak but trying to go beyond that, it seems a little hard but need to work harder. We love the title New Year's Eve and especially it is happening in one of the world most exciting cities ~ New York City where magic and almost everything comes true (when only you work hard to survive) and the excitement never ends, be it the happy ones, magical ones or the departing ones. Anything can happen here, and here in New York city with the love of joy, the joy of hope that let everyone expect the unexpected and there is always room to fill in for what is given, so is this movie.
