DOLCE&GABBANA @ 2014 Filigree Collection

DOLCE&GABBANA 2014 Filigree Collection inspired by ancient gold-working techniques, Dolce & Gabbana’s FW2014 fashion show used antique gold filigree to create a strapless top, shoes and bags, with the look of jewellery. The history behind the traditional Italian gold-working is visible in the Moorish-style buildings of Palermo, the baroque spirals of Sicilian churches and the island’s traditional jewels. The new Dolce & Gabbana women’s eyewear collection takes its inspiration directly from this heritage and is adorned with delicate small filigree flowers manually applied by skilled artisans. <DG 2134> Distinguished by a frame made completely of filigree, this round-shaped eyewear is a masterpiece of lightness. It frames the face with delicate antique-gold spirals and a bouquet of romantic flowers.
The model is available with gold and brown graduated mirror lenses.

<DG 4211> An oversized frame enhanced by the filigree temples and floral details, which is as transparent and light as embroidery. The Dolce & Gabbana logo is inserted under resin on the end part of the temple. Available in various colour options: black, crystal or red with grey graduated lenses, streaked havana with brown graduated lenses and matt nude with cognac graduated lenses.

<DG 3184>   A round-shaped frame with raised edges perfectly accompanies the prominent temple with antique gold filigree insert. The Dolce & Gabbana logo is inserted under resin on the end part of the temple. The colour range comprises: nude or light blue in matte, dark red, havana and black versions.
