Hermès Reopens Newly Located Store at Elements Hong Kong

Hermès celebrates the reopening of its store in a new location at Elements in Hong Kong recently. Inaugurated in September 2009, the space has been relocated and renovated now counting a total retail surface of 234 square meters which will further expand to 326 square meters in late 2017. With this renovation, the store benefits from an open and spacious layout to present the richness of the Parisian house’s 16 metiers, and creating an atmosphere that allows for the utmost comfort of customers. In the main entrance, you are welcomed with the house’s signature ex-libris and architectural leitmotifs. Past the entrance, they are taken on a discovery of Hermès craftsmanship and exceptional know-how with perfume and fashion jewellery on both sides of the door, and in front a large area dedicated to silk. To the left are the watch and jewellery departments while straight ahead the visitor encounters the world of leather.

The exploration continues with the spaces dedicated to the men’s and women’s universe, showcasing ready-to-wear collections and accessories including shoes, hats, gloves and belts. Upon request, the adjacent fitting rooms can be privatized through sliding panels as to become a VIP area. At the back, one can discover the Maison collection. For the opening celebration, a digital installation on window display will be featured. RDAI, the Parisian architectural agency under the artistic direction of Denis Montel, has been responsible for the creation and renovation of the space, as for all Hermès stores worldwide. The constant requirement for the finest quality has always been the quest of Hermès. Since its establishment in 1837, six generations of enterprising and passionate artisans have contributed to spreading its values: a savoir faire built on the highly precise and skilled craft of the finest materials, the love for beautiful objects created to last over time and the spirit of constant innovation.
