Jimmy Choo’s Pre-Fall 2016 Collection

Jimmy Choo’s Pre-Fall 2016 Collection captures the duality of the modern woman juxtaposing lady-like sophistication with a bold insouciance. For Pre-Fall 2016 silhouettes are sleek and graphic with a focus on midi-heels and flats for modern style on the go. Clean linear lines are injected with personality via a rich tool-kit of texture and embellishment.

Mirrored, patent and lustrous metallic surfaces inject a confidence and uninhibited glamour to simple forms.  Detailing takes its cue from fashion’s iconic style codes incorporating studding, graphic lattice work, dots and perforation to imbue the collection with attitude and a kick. The colour palette layers monochrome tones with metallics and accents with pops of yellow, robot blue and red whilst cut-away details and plexi allow for a daring reveal of skin.

Key styles include MARLOWE - a whimsical oversized Mary-Jane played out in a glaze of metallic for signature Jimmy Choo hand-writing and finished with a graphic patchwork heel.   HELENA injects a flash of animal print and bold styling to mid-heel pumps transforming the utilitarian into a statement shoe whilst DIERDRE creates a super sexy 65mm shoe-boot from lustrous stretch fabric.

Paving the way for a new generation of flats DAVINIA – an open mesh shoe sandal punctuated with diamanté studs perfects the art of statement style with functionality. Bags are designed with a liberated hands-free woman in mind and include the well-loved.

LOCKETT PETITE revamped for PF16 with a glitter chevron stripe and CELESTE – a graphic evening clutch in sensual exotics and jacquard finishes.  “For PF16 I wanted to explore the relationship between personality and style. Inspired by the iconic look of style-makers such as Edie Sedgwick, the collection embraces a spirited, daring attitude.” Sandra Choi, Creative Director.
