Harbour City's annual Christmas lighting display has become one of Hong Kong's must-see attractions and is now a Christmas tradition to many Hong Kong residents. This year's theme <Christmas Together> marks the 50th anniversary of Ocean Terminal.
Christmas at Harbour City this year brings a warm and lovely little snowman, called <Snowie> to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Ocean Terminal is transformed into the <Christmas Party of Snowie> from now on till 2nd Jan 2017.
<Snowie> is a combination of two big snowballs with 32 different designs in colors and patterns. More than 150 large and small Snowie in different designs are joining the Christmas Party, each design is hidden with a <Secret Code>. In the center of the forecourt, a stunning 12-meter-tall Christmas tree made from different sized Snowie as well as a carousel and a specially design Christmas light tree to create a warm and delightful ambience. Christmas pigeons also bring various blessings from all over the world to Harbour City.
Finnish illustrator Rami Niemi from the hometown of Santa Claus, Finland creates the unprecedented designs of Santa Claus and Christmas decoration at Gateway Arcade and on the Ground Floor of Ocean Terminal.
