Marimekko introduces the checked version of its classics Unikko (poppy) print, in a new blue-and-white colorway inspired from flag of Finland to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Finland's independence. Marimekko's prints, colours as well as its straightforward lifestyle have been part of the lives of many people for decades. The brand continues the story of the Finnish design heritage, which is unique in the world, as well as to strengthen the position as a forerunner in print design.
