BREMONT has been chosen to produce some unique custom made watches for acclaimed director Matthew Vaughn’s new film “Kingsman: The Secret Service”. The film, due to be released February 2015, stars Colin Firth, Samuel L Jackson, Michael Caine and emerging actor Taron Egerton. It is based upon the renowned comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick Ass, X-Men First Class); Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret British spy organisation that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training programme just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. Bremont is featured throughout the film having produced the mechanical watches for the Kingsman agents themselves as well as the new trainees in the agency, Nick English (Co-Founder Bremont) also makes a cameo role as one of the Kingsman. Each Kingsman agent in the film wears a beautifully crafted rose gold chronograph on an alligator strap, whilst the trainee recruits sport a black stealth-like chronograph on a NATO band. The watches are an integral tool in the secret agents’ gadget line-up. The Bremont Kingsman watches will launch exclusively in Bremont boutiques and on MR PORTER.COM in January 2015. The film also includes a number of other fine British luxury brands.
