Robert Clergerie @ AW2013 Collection

Robert Clergerie AW2013 collection is under the creative direction of Roland Mouret. The collection marks the continuity of the house’s stylistic approach and iconic looks: architectural lines, graphic minimalism, innovative craftsmanship and androgynous designs are mixed with Mouret’s modern and sensual aesthetic for an offering that melds fashion and comfort. Made in France, the collection features heels and flats, and audacious and tame styles in three key stories.
<PUNK> inspired by the punk movement of the 80s, the AW2013 collection honours the house’s heritage with masculine forms reflecting current trends. Angular accents, leather stitching, black lamé, tone-on-tone detailing, heels or booties: express your rebel side with this high fashion collection composed of a variety of comfortable and yet edgy styles.
<MASCULINE-FEMININE> In 1905, Robert Clergerie introduced the Goodyear technique to France. This season, the house celebrates its masculine heritage with modern androgynous styles combining innovation, craftsmanship and modern design.
<BLOCKS> Comfort and architectural shapes have been part of the visual identity the company founded in 1981. Blocks, initially launched in the 80s, remain a key signature for the AW2013 collection. Mixing heritage with modern techniques, a new graphic sole was developed this season to provide added comfort and a strong silhouette.
