Inspired by the rich variety and gentle diffusion of light, 12 fashion design units of the Hong Kong Young Fashion Designers's contest (YDC) finalists over the past 2 years will join a group of product designers to stage an exhilirating fashion presentation during the Hong Kong Fashion Week for SS 2012. The designs for the catwalk will play with colours and light - with some of the works saturated, dynamic and explosive as they convey exuberant mood, while others will use soft, pastel, diffused and evanescent elements to evoke peaceful feelings.
