Giorgio Armani for the second year running participate in BASELWORLD, the international watch and jewellery show, which is now held in Basel from the 19th to the 26th of March to unveil the Emporio Armani Swiss Made Fall 2015 watch collection. In addition to the models featured in last year’s launch collection, now enriched with unusual colour variations, the offer from Emporio Armani Swiss Made for this season has been expanded with two new lines – Fluid Deco, designed for women, and Bold Motion, for men. Both share the same attention to detail and use of the finest materials, qualities that translate into timepieces that bring together the best of technology and sophisticated design. Fluid Deco adds a twist of contemporary elegance to the fluid lines of Art Deco, while Bold Motion features a strong, dynamic design.

RCANO @ SS2015 Ad Campaign

RCANO SS2015 Ad Campaign shot in South Africa, where designer Rafael Raya Cano had previously lived. Throughout his time and travels in Cape Town, Rafael got inspired to create this collection based on the landscape, nature and culture of South Africa. Shot in the dunes of Noordhoek Beach; one of the longest and whitest beaches of the Western Cape, the location set a dreamy and captivating background for the collection.

In the upcoming collection, RCANO is glad to launch its first half-button shirt as well as adding some denim to its designs. This time around there are less floral prints and more prints with different shapes combining dots, lines, squares, as well as birds and butterflies.

The collection focuses more on fresh designs and new colors such as purple, green and different tones of blue. Each shirt has its own name and meaning, which has been inspired by birds from all over the world.

Featuring South African model Benjamin Venter from D&A Model Management and Jamaican model Alexander Blair from Twenty Model Management, both from renowned model agencies in Cape Town.

Once again this impressive campaign was shot by talented German Photographer Dino Busch, who joined in with his team in South Africa, including Hair & Make-Up by talented artist Julia Heiermann. This SS2015 campaign reflects the excellence of life, globalization, mixture of culture and races. J.Crew @ SS2015 Inspiration

J.Crew SS2015 men's collection was initially inspired by my childhood memories of traveling to Spain. Through my research I came across fantastic images that further evoked nostalgic memories of the Mediterranean. From the fishermen mending their nets on the wharf, the white washed walls, to the various shades of blues in the ocean - all can be found translated in some way throughout the collection. I love the fisherman’s cable knit cardigans updated with white buttons, chambray naval popovers, French work wear jackets. This season there is special emphasis on simplicity, nothing overly complicated.

  

The SS2015 women collection, was inspired by the artistic beauty of the indigenous cultures in Latin America. I was drawn to their distinctive approach to stripes, ikats, intricate textiles, and interesting color combinations  specifically from artisans in Mexico and Peru. The energy of the collection came from a recent trip to Ibiza; and the calm of the relaxing tropical getaway. There’s a real feeling of ease, a sexiness, a casualness and comfort to the clothes this season.   I wanted to focus on dressing people to enjoy them today and live their lives in them, and not just on a precious occasion.
