GIVENCHY by Riccardo Ricci FW2014/15 @ The Freedom of Classicism Collection

GIVENCHY by Riccardo Ricci FW2014/15 The Freedom of Classicism collection takes inspiration from the 40's silhouette. The women, elegant and very feminine, propose a modern vision of freedom and good taste in a very intimate and classic way.

This season, Riccardo Tisci turns the page at Givenchy by redefining his version of the "Bon Ton". This collection is a new mix between Riccardo Tisci soul and Givenchy's DNA: animals, geometry, prints and masculine / feminine.  With emotion and respect, he reveals a new face of glamour: an explosion of creativity highlighted to haute Couture savoir faire.

The skirts are pleated; furs luxuriant and chiffon dress all -over butterflies, leopard and snakeskin print.

Indeed, he has in mind a woman in love with urban style and keen on Couture as seen by pairing a multicolor embroidered pearls top with high waist trousers from the FW2014 men’s collection.

Riccardo Tisci thus reinterprets the classic wardrobe: a cashmere twin set, astrakhan coat; velvet high -waist skirt, black sheer gloves and tight, thin snakeskin belts and gold jewels.

This new interpretation of chicness reveals the new face of the contemporary, aristocratic woman.
