A private party will be hosted to introduce a producer/dj from LA on Friday September 16th. This is going to be a great evening for both the music arts and culture of Hong Kong bringing together an audience of elite trendsetters and opinion leaders across a number of professional segments, both creative and co operate. SAM BAKER, aka SAMIYAM, is an instrumental Hip-Hop producer from Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is best known for his work with experimental producer, Flying Lotus, and his 8-bit Video Game inspired Hip-Hop beats. SAMIYAM is based in Los Angeles, working amongst an eclectic assortment of musicians, artists, designers, and filmmakers. He has earned his right to become one of the city’s most progressive and recognized instrumental-based producers. Samʼs live shows are inspired by classical hip hop, woozy, off-center hip hop instrumentals drawing heavily on his love for electronic funk.
